Membership Policy
This programme is legally managed and operated by The1990s. Upon signing up, members shall agree to the terms and condition of the programme whereas it may be amended from time to time by The1990s or by law.

The1990s may, terminate the programme with or without any notice to the members and The1990s will not be responsible for the loss of points and any unredeemed points. This condition applies to members who wish to terminate his or her membership as well. 

Members shall agree to only use the membership whose name is issued to for verification purposes. Membership points are strictly not transferrable.

Refund or Exchange Policy
All product fault(s) upon receiving during deliveries are welcomed to be assisted with immediate effect.

Exchange procedures as follows:

  • Proof of original receipt; and
  • A photo taken of faulty product(s).

Due to hygiene concerns, goods are non-refundable once sold.

Dispute
In any case of disputes, The1990s decision shall be final.
