What is the shelf life of your snacks?
The snacks are best consumed within 3 month before opening. After opening, please consume it as soon as possible. We recommend to store it in airtight containers at room temperature to ensure they are fresh and crispy!

Can I store the snacks in the refrigerator?
Yes, you may do so to extend their shelf life. You may leave them out in room temperature before consumption but it's still the best to consume them within a month.

Do your snacks only come in 2 size?
Yes, our snacks only come in packet for small quantity and in tin for large quantity. (Do note that the weight varies for each product!)

Are your snacks Halal-certified?
Yes, all our snacks are Halal-certified for all to enjoy!

What if the product I am looking for is not listed?
If that is the case, feel free to send us your request and we will do our best to help you!

Do you have a physical store?
We are preparing.. stay tuned! But in the meanwhile, we are only available online.

Can you do bulk orders, corporate gifts, wedding favors, kids parties and other special requests?
We do have special price for bulk orders. For customized gifts or all queries, we are happy if you could drop us an email to discuss more.

How do I earn Snack points?

You must first have an account with us. Snack points are earned after your purchase. $1 spent is equivalent to 1 Snack point. 50 Snack points are also given on your birthday month.

How can I see my Snack points balance?

You can view it at the quick rewards tab located at the bottom left of our home page!

What can you redeem with Snack points?

Every 50 Snack points you accumulate, we will automatically convert it to SGD5 voucher where you can use it to offset your bill during your checkout. 

• Gift Card

How do I purchase E-Gift Cards?
You can purchase E-Gift cards via our website. You cannot use The1990s E-Gift Card to purchase another The1990s E-Gift Cards.

Can I choose the value of an E-Gift Card I want to purchase?
Yes, you can purchase an E-Gift Card of any amount above the minimum purchase of $10.

Will I earn Snack points for purchasing E-Gift Cards?
Yes, you will earn points for purchasing the E-Gift Cards. Points will also be credited to the person redeeming the E-Gift Card.

• Ordering & Payment

For bundle & gift sets, can we customize on our own?
Yes, you can customize or choose from the listed bundles that we have specially picked for you. 

How do I input the promotion code (if there is)?
There will be a promotion code box for you to fill up before you check out.

I have made a few order transaction consecutively. Can I combine the postage charges & get a refund for the excess?
We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively. In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept credit cards, Paynow and Paylah! For ATM transfer, do contact us.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once we have shipped out your item! 

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to residents residing in Singapore.

Do you have pick up option?
Not at the moment.

What if I found that the package is unsealed or tampered with?
Take a picture and contact us immediately! We will do our best to assist you.

What if I change my mind?
Once order has been confirmed, we are unable to do any refunds.

Do you allow exchanges if the snacks is not to my liking?
Sorry, we are unable to do any exchange of product due to hygiene reasons.
